Rebirth X
We have 5 core departments: Linguistics, Technology, Social Media, Research, and the Executive Department.
Executive Department: OPEN VIA EXCLUSIVE INVITIATION ONLY. You may only express interest for this department, and direct acceptance is not guaranteed. We guarantee your prioritizes will be taken into account, but if the Executive department is your first choice, we can not guarantee you a position.
The executive department handles direct leadership tasks, from communication to HR related inquiries. More information on our individual roles are available here.
Research Department: This is the core of Rebirth X science-related activity. It is split into an internal and external department, with an internal role being voluntarily requested. The external department handles research-related inquiries, and article production. Applicants are only able to be admitted to the external department, and may request transfer to the internal division.
The internal division handles research studies, and follows stricter quality control guidelines.
Social Media Department: This department handles the direct communications with our partners and our social media presence. This notably includes our Instagram, grown to 1000+ followers. They manage organization outreach, and form the crux of our organization.
Technology: Our technology department handles our technology-related matters, from website maintence to any necessary updates. In some cases, they may also work in tandem with the Social Media & Linguistics department to ensure the correct message is conveyed. This department will handle website logistics, and other such inquiries.
Linguistics: This department handles the written aspect of our organization, approving statements and ensuring we’re conveying a professional image. This department leads our editorial movement, and guide the entire written aspect of our organization.
Our application was designed uniquely to our organizations needs. We protect applicant privacy, ensuring that admission is held to the highest standard. Interviews may be offered, and more information regarding application policy is here.
Regarding confidentiality, it is one of our highest priorities in our admissions. Application information is only allowed to be viewed by protected personnel & the founder, and admission is ethnically & demographically blind. We do NOT request any information regarding your race, and such other such information deemed privately protected.
Eligibility
International Applications: Accepted
Ages: 11+
Applicants aged 11-14 are protected and under the “Young Teen” category. These applicants are required to notify us of their age, and oblige with other policy.
Education: Students with (or the international equivalent) a grade 6 United States education
Applicants not in High School: Accepted
Application Mission
Our application was designed to maximize our knowledge of the applicant, and boasts one of the largest eligibility ranges in the nonprofit scene. We do not want to leave a single person behind, and our application conveys this.
We request to be made aware of medical triggers and allergies in case of in person meeting, and we aim to make our applicants feel seen and trusted. Their information is protected, and our volunteers find a new home.
